Saloni graduated from University College London with a BSc in Statistics and Management for Business before beginning her career as a Management Consultant at PwC in London. She has worked on large-scale digital transformation programmes across the education, healthcare, government, and financial services sectors.

Building on her family’s decades-long legacy of establishing educational institutions, she is helping scale her family’s vision into higher education through the development of a multidisciplinary university in India. Inspired by her grandmother, who founded the group’s first school to expand access to quality education, Saloni is passionate about building purpose-driven institutions that combine innovation, technology, and holistic learning. She is committed to expanding opportunities for women and believes education should empower individuals while placing student well-being at the heart of every learning experience.

After the Oxford MBA, she aims to return to consulting with a focus on education and social impact, deepening her expertise in organisational transformation before applying those insights to help lead the next phase of her family’s educational institutions. Her long-term ambition is to build an inclusive model of higher education that equips future generations to thrive through interdisciplinary learning, innovation, and responsible leadership.

Outside of work, Saloni enjoys running, playing badminton, organising community events, and travelling to experience new cultures and perspectives.
