Shubham Gupta
Master of Business Administration, 2026
I’m from India, and for the last several years I’ve worked inside India’s civil services reform programme (Mission Karmayogi), helping scale a national digital learning platform, iGOT, from 300,000 to over 10 million government users.
The thread running through my career – from setting up a digital governance centre in a tribal village, to working with a district administration, to this national platform – is the same each time: understand how a system actually works, find where it’s creating friction for the people who depend on it, and fix that friction.
At Oxford Saïd, I’m building the private-sector rigour and tools for organisational transformation that complement this instinct, with the aim of eventually bringing that back to public institutions.
Outside of work, I follow the stock market, watch far too many documentaries, and read widely on business and psychology. At Green Templeton, I’m looking forward to a community as varied as the problems I want to spend my career on.
