Sir Michael introduced the college’s fundraising priorities across three areas:
‘Firstly, to deliver an Environment of Excellence by transforming our built estate – this includes the Radcliffe Observatory conservation and decarbonisation project which is underway.
‘Secondly, to provide Opportunities for All by broadening access and facilitate support and enrichment to our students.
‘Thirdly, to Foster Innovation, through the development of centres of excellence and academic hubs.’
He concluded his remarks by speaking of how Green Templeton ‘seeks to be more than a location for academic pursuit, but rather a catalyst for personal and professional reinvention, poised to make a tangible impact on progressing social well-being.’
