Three Green Templeton students to compete in Boat Race
Three Green Templeton students are preparing to take part in one of the world’s most famous sporting events after being selected as part of Oxford’s squads for The Boat Race 2026.

Julietta Camahort (MSc in Financial Economics, 2025), Louis Corrigan (Clinical Medicine, 2024) and Julian Schoeberl (MSc in Modelling for Global Health, 2025) are set to compete in the prestigious race against Cambridge next month. With Juietta rowing for the women’s crew and Louis acting as Cox, whilst Julian is set to row for the men’s crew.
The annual Boat Race between Oxford and Cambridge dates back to 1829 and remains one of the oldest and most famous amateur sporting events in the world. Each year the race attracts more than 250,000 spectators along the banks of the River Thames and millions more watching on television.
The 2026 edition of the race will take place in London on Saturday 4 April, when the Oxford and Cambridge crews once again go head-to-head on the Championship Course between Putney and Mortlake.
Representing Green Templeton at such a historic event continues the college’s strong connection to university sport. If selected for the final crews, the three athletes will join a long tradition of Oxford students who have competed on the Tideway in one of the most anticipated fixtures in the sporting calendar.
