To prepare before arrival

First steps

  • Read your college offer letter and college contract.
  • Check your financial declaration form (released by the college for all courses except MSc Translational Health Sciences, MBA, Financial Economics, Major Programme Management, Global Health Leadership and Doctor of Medicine).
  • Accept or decline your place ideally within two weeks of receipt of your college offer and financial declaration. Note you can accept in principle at this stage and do not need to return the financial declaration at the same time.
  • Submit your financial declaration form by the college deadline of 15 July 2026, or by the deadline set by your department. Please refer to this guide first if you have any queries about documentation to submit with your financial declaration.
  • Submit any necessary documentation to your department to meet their condition(s) by their deadline – eg academic transcripts, English Language test results (if you are a Graduate Entry Medicine offer holder, please liaise with admissions@gtc.ox.ac.uk to submit certificates/transcripts)

We will publish further essential pre-arrival information and an updated checklist here over the summer.
