Green Templeton College is pleased to be a Partnering College for the Charlie Perkins Scholarships, annual postgraduate scholarships which enable talented Indigenous Australians to study at the University of Oxford for up to three years.
The Charlie Perkins Scholarship Trust was established in 2010 to provide scholarships and support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to undertake postgraduate studies at Oxford (and later Cambridge). The Trust was set up with the same board of trustees from the Charlie Perkins Trust for Children and Students, which was formed in 2002. Funding for the scholars has been provided by the Australian Government, the British Government (through the Chevening programme) and Rio Tinto, among others.
Potential applicants may be interested in Green Templeton’s College Life webpages, in particular accommodation, academic support, and student welfare. In addition, please see the subject areas page for details of the subjects which can be studied at Green Templeton.
Interested applicants should contact the Perkins Trust for more information.
